Welcome to Innisfil Market Update Blog.

A long Summer and Fall of 2006 is now behind us.

Market had been slow and returns on Real Estate Investments were flat.

Innisfil prices are same as last year, after many years of 6%-15% annual returns.

Well, I think that with all 2007 announcements and the new Town Council we are for a good 2007.

A Go-Train station location and resumption of the services, the new Recreational Facility on Innisfil Beach Road and hopefully green light for a Big Bay Point Resort.

These are all positive news and with massive marketing by New Home Builders in the area, Buyers will see a value in Innisfil's Real Estate and will start moving on to the standing inventory.

My goals for coming season are to build enough inventory that I can look after all the hot leads coming in next 4-6 months.
